All of our coffees are roasted fresh to order once weekly on Monday.

To ensure your coffee is roasted on time, please submit your order by Saturday afternoon. Orders placed thereafter will be roasted on the following Monday.

We typically ship out your order the day after roasting, i.e Tuesday, with a standard shipping time of 3 days (not including PHs and weekends). We charge a flat fee of $5.99 for standard shipping but for orders over $55 or more it’s free.

All of our coffees are specialty quality, which means farmers typically receive a price for their coffee in excess of FairTrade rates.

FairTrade as a certification has many pitfalls not least not guaranteeing farmers a price for their coffee in excess of their production costs.

For this and other reasons we tend not to rely on certifications, just an appraisal of what’s going on at source.
